Designed by Kydoniatis Architects and Divercity Architects, with interiors by Variation Studio, the architecture is rooted in Cycladic tradition — clean lines, natural stone, whitewashed surfaces — organized around light and sea view, with floor-to-ceiling windows and an ancient olive tree anchoring the restaurant's interior.

The 61 suites vary in configuration, with select rooms offering private pools and terraces. The 3 villas range from 600 to 1,000 square meters, each with 5 to 10 bedrooms, private pools, jacuzzis, and their own coves on the water. The Rock Spa — built into the island's rock formation in partnership with Dr. Barbara Sturm — positions itself as recovery and longevity architecture rather than traditional wellness: hyperbaric oxygen therapy, a floatation tank, and ice baths. An indoor pool is rare on Mykonos; a basketball court carved directly from the rock is rarer still. Dining centers on an exclusive partnership with Roka, the Japanese robata-grill concept expanding across the Mediterranean — a day-to-night venue that shifts register after sunset.
