A French Legend Takes to the Sea
French craftsmanship and sailing innovation for a slower, more considered journey
Orient Express Sailing Yachts carries the ritual and romance of the legendary train onto the water, reimagining slow travel, craftsmanship, and destination-led exploration through the form of a sailing yacht. Its first vessel, Orient Express Corinthian, features just 54 suites, creating the low-density atmosphere of a private residence at sea. Three 1,500 square meter rigid SolidSail sails, developed by Chantiers de l'Atlantique, bring together advanced maritime engineering and the unmistakable silhouette of a classic sailing vessel, forming one of the brand’s most distinctive signatures. From the Mediterranean to the Caribbean, each voyage is less a transfer between ports than a measured passage shaped by sea breeze, cuisine, wine, design, and cultural imagination—an ocean-going chapter of the Orient Express story for travellers drawn to intimate scale, refined detail, and deeper experience.
The Orient Express Sailing Yachts Experience
Sailing under wind power, a legend begins again
Sail aboard a masterpiece of Art Deco design
Every curve, every surface of the Orient Express Silenseas pays tribute to the Art Deco era that defined its namesake. Handcrafted marquetry panels, geometric brass fixtures, and sumptuous velvet interiors create a floating gallery where 1920s glamour meets cutting-edge naval architecture under billowing sails.
Indulge in French haute cuisine and rare vintages
Dining aboard Orient Express is a ceremonial affair. Michelin-caliber chefs orchestrate multi-course tasting menus that honor the grand tradition of French gastronomy, while the onboard sommelier guides you through a cellar of rare Burgundies, Champagnes, and Mediterranean discoveries - each glass a story unto itself.
Rediscover the lost art of slow, romantic travel
Orient Express believes the journey matters as much as the destination. Onboard, time slows to a graceful rhythm - evenings unfold with live jazz in the Grand Salon, intimate conversations over craft cocktails, and starlit moments on deck. It is a deliberate return to an era when travel was not merely transit, but a celebration of life itself.

Le Spa By Guerlain
Le Spa By Guerlain
Le Spa By Guerlain transforms wellness into another journey aboard Orient Express Sailing Yachts. Spanning approximately 500 square metres, the spa features two treatment rooms, a double treatment suite, a sauna, and a relaxation lounge, creating a quiet retreat where guests can step away from the rhythm of everyday life. Each treatment combines personalised care, the therapeutic power of touch, and inspiration drawn from the movement of the sea, guiding the body into ease and the mind toward balance. The result is a refined, immersive sensory ritual at sea.
La Marina
La Marina
La Marina is located at the stern of Orient Express Corinthian, forming a generously sized sea-level platform rarely found on a sailing yacht. When the vessel is at anchor, the platform unfolds gently, bringing guests almost level with the water and offering a natural way to engage with the sea. Guided by professional instructors, guests can enjoy a range of water activities, including sailing, kayaking, snorkelling, stand-up paddle boarding, wing boarding, and Tiwal inflatable sailing dinghies. For a slower moment, the Marina bar offers a relaxed setting to pause with a drink, take in the open seascape, and enjoy one of the voyage’s most effortless hours at sea.
Les Mousses
Les Mousses
Les Mousses gives younger guests a dedicated corner of their own at sea during family-friendly sailings. Designed as a children’s play area, it allows little sailors to play, interact, and explore freely between moments of the voyage. In contrast to the adult-oriented games room, this space is created in a lighter, safer, and more child-friendly way, giving parents the ease to enjoy their time on board while allowing every member of the family to find a rhythm of their own.
L'etrave
L'etrave
Beyond the bridge, the view suddenly opens out to the sea. L'Étrave is a dedicated open-air observation area, ideal for a drink during the voyage, an easy meeting, or a quiet pause in the sea breeze. Its wide panoramic outlook allows guests to feel the sailing yacht's forward movement up close, making it one of the most evocative places on board, where social ease meets the spirit of navigation. Compared with an indoor lounge, L'Étrave feels more like a private deck salon, shaped by wind, light, and the open sea.
Pascoe Tenders
Pascoe Tenders
Before guests step ashore, the journey continues in the same graceful rhythm established on board. Pascoe Tenders provide a refined transfer experience for Corinthian, allowing guests to travel from the yacht to ports, beaches, or shoreside destinations with a sense of calm, privacy, and ease. Unlike a standard tender service, it feels like an extension of the voyage's own character, turning the passage between sea and land into a carefully composed moment of arrival.
