The property is characterized by the island’s distinctive architecture and its interiors are defined by a soothing, tonal color palette and natural materials. Contemporary Greek design pieces sit alongside objets d’art by leading European designers, while striking ceramics sourced from the Marrakech-based studio of LRNCE serve to inspire and provoke conversation. This boutique hotel was designed by globally renowned architect Ray Chen, with luxury, sophistication, and passion that represent a new aesthetic of space. Inside the mysterious black steel mesh exterior, the interior is contrarily constructed with sedate copper, mellow wood, textured leather, and delicate fabrics. The delicate butler services furthermore bring warmth into the space, while “Indulge Yourself”, the brand philosophy, conveys the enthusiasm of people to pursue ultimate life and modern aesthetics. 

 Inspired by Spanish artist Goya’s masterpiece “Los Proverbios” series, which present different people of the world and their lives. The Chinese translation of “proverbs” also explains the truth and wisdom of life. It is the metaphor of the life stories taking place every day in the 42 rooms of the hotel. The guest rooms were unconventionally designed with a large amount of copper, volcanic blocks, marbles, and walnut. The Warehouse Hotel

The Warehouse Hotel was built in 1895 along the Singapore River as part of the Straits of Malacca trade route. At that time, the area was a hotbed of secret societies, underground activity, and liquor distilleries. Today, while much of that history has disappeared, The Warehouse Hotel has been meticulously restored as a modern 37-room boutique hotel, focusing on heritage and local culture. 11 Howard

11 Howard’s guiding principle is conscious hospitality. What does conscious hospitality mean? It means that 11 Howard's approaches each aspect of the hotel—from design to location to amenities to our ultramodern brand of service—with awareness, purpose, and thoughtful consideration. Thus, a collaborative creation between Anda Andrei Design and influential Danish firm Space Copenhagen, 11 Howard’s 207 guestrooms and suites feature custom furnishings by respected Scandinavian names. The design team gutted a characterless structure built in 1961 and reinvented the space with a dose of minimalism.  With an emphasis on long-term function, 11 Howard is intentionally not trendy; its goal is to endure, and even to improve with time.

Andenia

Andenia was founded out of a combined love of gastronomy, travel and entrepreneurship. Andenia combine natural materials of gray stones, white cottons, and browns and beiges from the wood and the soil to create wabi-sabi reigns throughout whole area. Many furnishings were custom-designed by local artisans, as were the wall hangings and ceramics. After enjoy the view, you can taste Peruvian classics and international dishes. Fruits, vegetables, and herbs grown in the hotel’s own garden are also used in the dishes, adding a uniquely hyperlocal flavor to the dining experience. You can also take classes with the chef, learn the traditional art of “pachamanca” outdoor stone cooking, and take a tour of local fruit and vegetable markets in Urubamba or the Salt Mines in Maras.

Casa de São Lourenço has been enlarged and augmented by architects Paulo Costa and Patrícia Marques through the artful use of masonry and stone. The Robey

Perched high above the big intersection of Damen, Milwaukee and North Avenues in an Art Deco masterpiece formerly known as the Northwest Tower, stretching 203 feet tall and the only skyscraper for miles, the Robey captures the storied spirit of Chicago: a bustling, ever changing, big shouldered town. Originally designed as an office building in 1929 by the firm of Perkins, Chatten and Hammond, each of the hotel's rooms, lobby and roof spaces were transformed by Belgian design duo Nicolas Schuybroek Architects and Marc Merckx Interiors to provide new perspective to 89 room hotel.

CONDESA df

Housed in a 1928 building, Condesa df is filled from head to toe with custom furniture designed by Parisian designer India Mahdavi, stone tiles, and an abundance of local color. The feel is modern yet warm, hip but not haughty. The 40 rooms and suites were inspired by the tranquility of monastic bedrooms—but without a lack of amenities. Of course, the result is calming, airy spaces, some of which open onto wooden terraces, while, an overarching floral theme—visible on everything from cushion covers to chopstick wrappers—serves to enhance the relaxed, warm-weather vibe. Often compared to New York’s SoHo, Condesa is seen as one of Mexico City’s trendier areas. Typical of Berlin’s Charlottenburg neighborhood, the 1911 building that houses Provocateur is a picture of modern-style Art Nouveau architecture, originally designed by Wilhelm Gutzeit. A residential building, the structure was converted into a hotel after World War II. The interior takes inspiration from 1920s Paris and the Berlin of today. While original stucco elements, marble, brass, and fishbone parquet flooring spell elegance, velvets and a burlesque inspired aesthetic complete with dim chandeliers add a playful touch.

Perianth Hotel

Designed by the country’s hottest design firm, K-Studio, the hotel is a joyful ode to Greece today. Built in 1861 (the year of Italy’s reunification) by local famous architect Domenico Malinconico and remodeled by the owner’s family in the early 20th century. Palazzo Daniele was reshaped by the milanese duo Ludovica + Roberto Palomba, inspired by the idea of absence, stripped back as much as possible while restoring historical features such as ornate frescoes and mosaic flooring to create the space for a contemporary art collection all around the property. Monastic decor and bare walls boost the 19th century frescoes ceilings with cracks. Each room has a different artwork. Ancient family portraits alternate with works of contemporary art.
