La Veranda

La Veranda is Regent Seven Seas' most relaxed all-day dining venue, and the one that feels closest to an easy daily rhythm at sea. Mainly serving breakfast and lunch, it allows guests to enjoy a meal without the need for formal planning. Its appeal lies in the range of choices, generous but never careless, from fresh salads, hot dishes, seafood, made-to-order items, and desserts, all easily combined according to the mood of the day. On select ships, La Veranda also introduces new dishes and plant-based options, such as Impossible Salisbury Steak and Pacific Rim tofu poke salad. In the evening, La Veranda transforms into Sette Mari at La Veranda, carrying the day into dinner with a warmer Italian table atmosphere.

Coffee Connection

Coffee Connection is Regent Seven Seas' everyday spot for morning coffee, afternoon reading, and a quiet pause between activities. Unlike a formal restaurant, it does not require a full dining rhythm; instead, it gathers the smaller moments of the day through coffee, tea, pastries, and light bites. Guests can settle by the window with a book after breakfast, or slow down again with coffee and a snack after returning from a shore excursion. Its appeal is understated and practical, serving as part of the ship's social flow while keeping the calm feeling of a café. Stars Lounge

Stars Lounge lives up to its name. It does not rely on sweeping sea views or large-scale performances, but gathers the evening into a smaller, softly lit social space. It is ideal after dinner, when guests can order a cocktail and let the day flow naturally from the dining room to the theater, casino, or a quieter nightcap. More intimate than the main lounge and more relaxed than the theater, its focus is on conversation, music, glasses in hand, and an evening that does not need to end too quickly. Galileo's

Galileo's is more than a pre-dinner lounge. Its name gives the bar a sense of astronomy, navigation, and distant voyages.
