Silver Origin
Silver Origin
Silversea
The smallest and most focused ship in Silversea's expedition fleet, launched in 2021, purpose-built for the Galápagos Islands, carrying just 100 guests and 90 crew. All-suite accommodations span six decks, from classic veranda suites to the top-deck Owner's Suite, every one facing the sea. On board, The Restaurant and The Grill serve two distinct dining experiences, the Observation Lounge frames volcanic islands and sea lion colonies through panoramic glass, and the Explorer Lounge serves as home base for daily briefings by the onboard naturalists. All shore explorations, Zodiac cruises, snorkeling gear, and naturalist-guided excursions are included in the fare. On the archipelago Darwin once walked, this is the most intimate way to arrive.

Basecamp
Basecamp
The departure point for every island landing. Zodiac craft, snorkeling masks, grip-soled water shoes, and safety gear are all collected and returned here, while the expedition team runs the day's pre-landing briefing, which bay has hammerhead sharks, which island's beach is lined with marine iguanas basking in the sun, all covered before you step onto the Zodiac. On return, all wet gear goes straight back to basecamp, nothing needs to follow you to your suite. Seconds later you are sitting dry at The Grill with an iced drink in hand.
Fitness Center
Fitness Center
Morning yoga on deck under the equatorial sun, or a jog on the treadmill watching the volcanic silhouette of the Galápagos drift past the floor-to-ceiling windows. Silver Origin's fitness space is compact but fully equipped, cardio machines, free weights, and a stretching area all accounted for. The daily island landings are the best workout of all; the fitness center is the ideal place to warm up before departure and cool down on return.
Observation Lounge
Observation Lounge
Panoramic windows draw the volcanic islands of the Galápagos, foraging blue-footed boobies, and breaching manta rays directly indoors. This is the most unhurried vantage point on board, coffee in hand at dawn as the equator's first light strikes the cliffs of Kicker Rock, a pod of sea lions tumbling by the dock through the afternoon, the Pacific sunset filling every pane of glass as you raise a drink at dusk. No binoculars needed, no schedule to chase. The wild heart of the Galápagos is right inside the window frame.
Beauty Salon
Beauty Salon
Equatorial sun and ocean breeze make skin care all the more essential. The onboard salon offers hair styling, nail care, facial treatments, and makeup services. After a full day of snorkeling and island landings, wash off the sea salt, put yourself together, and arrive just in time for dinner at The Restaurant. By appointment, fitted around the rhythm of your voyage.
Beauty Spa
Beauty Spa
After a full day tracking land iguanas across Galápagos shores and swimming alongside sea turtles through coral reefs, the body deserves a proper reset. The spa space, designed by renowned interior architects Hirsch Bedner Associates, weaves hydrating facials, deep skin therapies, and full-body massage into the rhythm of the voyage. The toll of equatorial sun and saltwater on the skin is undone here, sending you into tomorrow's expedition with a body recalibrated and restored.
