Haesu Bit

Haesu Bit brings together Japanese, Vietnamese, Thai, Korean and Cantonese cooking in one restaurant, with the menu rotating to reflect the ports along each Asia-Pacific sailing. The centrepiece is a sushi bar where nigiri and sashimi are prepared to order. Guests can sit indoors or out on the terrace, lunch works well as a casual, à la carte affair, while dinner is served as a full multi-course meal. For voyages through Asia and the Pacific, it is the restaurant where what is on the plate feels closest to where the yacht is headed.

Seta Su Luminara

Created with Michelin-starred chef Fabio Trabocchi, Seta Su Luminara is the yacht's Italian fine dining restaurant, rooted in the culinary heritage of Venice's historic spice trade. The eight-course tasting menu opens with handmade pasta and moves through Mediterranean seafood and seasonal truffle, each course paced to build on the last. À la carte is also available, though the tasting menu, paired course by course with vintages from the adjoining Wine Vault, is how the kitchen is meant to be experienced. It is the longest, quietest dinner on board, and deliberately so.

Beach House

Beach House is led by James Beard Award winner Michael Mina. Aboard Luminara, the menu draws on the chef's Egyptian roots, centred on Middle Eastern and Mediterranean cooking, spiced grills, fresh seafood, charred vegetables and shared plates designed for relaxed, unhurried meals. Indoor seating flows out to a poolside terrace. Lunch is casual enough to walk over from the pool; dinner shifts the tone but stays easy. Pair with craft beer, wine or a cocktail, and it is as close to eating by the shore as you will find at sea.

Mistral And Mistral Bar

Mistral is the yacht's open-air Mediterranean restaurant, set alongside the pool deck and open for lunch and dinner. The kitchen keeps things direct, whole fish, charcoal-grilled steak, handmade pasta, salads assembled from the day's provisions, with the sea air doing most of the atmosphere work. Seating moves freely between indoors and out, and the adjoining Mistral Bar pours cocktails and wine from a pre-lunch aperitivo through to a last glass after dessert. By day it is a natural extension of the pool deck; after dark, it is simply the best seat on board for dinner in the open air.

The Pool Bar

The Pool Bar adjoins the pool deck, serving cocktails, chilled wines, beer and light plates from morning through evening. Orders are taken at the lounger, there is no need to step away. The menu is designed around the pace of a day on deck: something cold after a swim, a light dish over an afternoon in the sun, a glass of rosé as the light softens before dinner. No reservations, no fixed seatings, the bar keeps the hours the deck does.

The Living Room Café And Bar

If one space could define the texture of daily life aboard a Ritz-Carlton yacht, it would be The Living Room. It belongs to no single hour, at dawn it is a coffee bar and a reading room lined with bookshelves; by afternoon, a quiet interval of pastry and tea; by nightfall, without changing seats or scenery, the espresso cup has become a cocktail glass. The design deliberately blurs the lines between café, library and bar, and that ambiguity is the point. Every restaurant and lounge on board comes with an expected rhythm. The Living Room comes with yours.

The Grill

An hour before sunset, the crowd around the pool deck begins drifting aft, drawn by the smell of charcoal laced with sea salt, dinner at The Grill is already under way. The kitchen is nearly open-air, whole steaks and the day's catch set directly over live flame. The chef's intervention is minimal: the right heat, the right timing, then step aside. Manakish bread arrives still warm from the oven, and tableside service offers freshly ground spices and hand-finished salts, placing the final accent in the guest's hands. There is no architectural plating, no elaborate sauce work, just a glass of red sturdy enough to match the smoke, and a sea breeze passing through the open seating. What The Grill proves is simple: the best ingredients usually need the shortest journey to the table.

In-Suite Dining

Available around the clock, without reservation. Morning may begin with breakfast on your private terrace, the view a different stretch of coast from the one you fell asleep to. Late in the evening, the kitchen still delivers a full meal—courses drawn from the yacht's restaurants, set with proper linen, polished cutlery and the same plating as the dining room. Every suite is already equipped with an espresso machine and a minibar restocked to individual taste, but In-Suite Dining exists for the hours when the best table on board is your own.
